Job summary
The responsibility of the Front Desk Operations position is to serve as the primary contact for customers and office employees. Specific responsibilities include greeting visitors and providing customer service,preparing office for anticipated visitors,
answering telephone calls and forwarding them appropriately.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills,
a high level of organizational skills and ability to take independent action to make sound decisions.
