This position may be located in Oklahoma City Tulsa or in surrounding areas Oklahoma Social Services Specialist Annual Salary Level I H20A $36 Full State Employee Benefits Level II H20B $39 Full State Employee Benefits Travel is occasional Must possess a valid driver s license and maintain required car insurance Minimum Qualifications Social Services Specialist I A Bachelor s Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one year of experience in professional social work for each year of the required education Social Services Specialist II A Master s degree OR a Bachelor s degree and one year of experience in professional social work OR an equivalent combination of education and social work substituting one year of professional social work for each year of the required education Job Responsibilities This position with the Escalate Issues Department within the ADvantage Waiver of the Medicaid Services Unit is hybrid in-person telework position depending on the location of the applicant The candidate will need to provide a high-speed internet connection not a hot spot to work remotely If candidate cannot maintain connectivity they will be required to work from an OKDHS office This position will offer support for the Escalated Issues department It will require frequent reviews of member incidents It requires use several state enterprise systems coordinate communications The ideal candidate will have existing familiarity these systems or be fast learner on systems type This position will analyzing supporting information case documentation or case actions following among other tasks Provider Question Support Harmony system Escalated Issues Support Determine Status escalated issues pending Harmony system Research active Critical Incidents determine requirements needed completion assignments as needed Research fraud waste abuse AVA System Make take Member phone calls limited basis Maintain high level customer service Maintain high level professional communication EI department while using MS Teams NECESSARY CONNECTIVITY Must frequently lift up 15 lbs transporting computer Must stable reliable home internet high-speed not hot spot telework office Preferred Qualifications Preference given applicants previous experience ADvantage Program Harmony system _______ If you have questions please contact OKDHS Fair Chance Employer Position Oklahoma Civil Service Announcement Number BB019 /JR55433 Powered by JazzHR gJYueucP1QJob description
