Description
The Department of Computer Information Systems invites applications for the position of Instructor of Computer Information Systems. This is a 9-month non-tenure track contract appointment position with benefits and a renewable contract of three years.The purpose of this position is to teach face-to-face and online format, technical courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs, including (but not limited to) business information systems, business analytics, database management, systems analysis and design, cybersecurity, machine learning, ERP and cloud computing; participate in service activities.
The preferred anticipated start date is August 15, . A later start date may be negotiated.
Salary will be commensurate based upon credentials, experience, qualifications, and workload distribution.
The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date; the Department of Computer Information Systems will not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
