    Job Summary and QualificationsThe Quality Coordinator maintains and coordinates timely policies and procedures maintenance, review/revision, posting, and distribution. The Coordinator organizes and maintains systematic data collection and flow of information between departments and into applicable committees.

    What you will do in this role:Track renewal dates of policies and procedures to ensure timely notification of owners for review.

    Ensure receipt of reviewed policies and procedures for timely posting.
    Notify appropriate management staff when posting of policies and procedures is completed.
    Organize and maintain Department and Committee Quality and Regulatory Reporting Calendar to ensure timely and compliant reporting.
    Notify owner of report in a timely manner to facilitate receipt of report for appropriate meeting.
    Develop, coordinate, and maintain Medical Necessity Review Calendar.
    Establish good working relationships with Medical Staff and Facility Staff.
    Participate in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement as required

    What qualifications you will need:
    Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required.
    Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
    4 years of related clinical experience required.
    2+ years of QA/PI experience preferred.
