The City of Norfolk's Department of Parks & Recreation is seeking a Pool Manager responsible for overseeing the safe operation quality program instruction patron protection and emergency response procedures within assigned City of Norfolk Aquatic Facilities.This position assists in planning implementing evaluating Aquatic Division programs daily activities facility pool managers serve committees planning marketing events assist managing operations facility employees supervisor evaluate programs daily activities interact children adults seniors participate lead training activities informational materials direct employees contribute cultural growth individuals function lifeguard open swims program special events instruct classes fitness develop marketing facilities program activities attend workshops trainings.
