Job summary
Timoney Knox, LLP is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation paralegal to join its dynamic Litigation group.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with Pennsylvania commercial, real estate and business litigation,
as well as general civil litigation experience,
have strong written and oral communication skills
and be able to work independently in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. This is a full time in-office position.
- Draft documents such as notices, certificates, and subpoenas required for attorney review
- Rresearch using physical law books LexisNexis
- Calendar monitor follow up regarding Court appearances response dates case management orders confirmation of attorney coverage and ensure timely filings
