Job summary
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, problem solving preventative/predictive maintenance training/mentoring on the Injection Molding Machines both operations and maintenance associates.Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical support to Plastics Injection molding when issues arise with the presses
- Identify equipment issues-electrical mechanical hydraulics Identify order needed parts make repairs Collaborate with senior mold technician scheduling plan downtime access equipment Responsible for technical documentation relating injection molding machines attributing equipment Develop implement preventative predictive maintenance program injection molding presses attributing equipment including annual calibrations documentation Assess current spare parts inventory evaluate gaps unnecessary inventory Be liaison production maintenance engineering Program backup plastics equipment Install switches controls electronic devices Work schematics diagrams specifications National Electric Code Utilize electrical measuring testing devices Troubleshoot VFD's PLC's servo systems robotics fabricating equipment Troubleshoot robotic equipment; Program optimize efficiencies brands include Sepro Fannc Misc CNC ABB Troubleshoot temperature controllers thermocouples solid state relays heaters fuses motor drives contactors make needed repairs Collect present electrical data team leaders MS Office formats Supply justification quotes RFA's
