- Welcome and greet clients with a genuine smile upon arrival, providing a warm and professional atmosphere, offering beverages and/or snacks as appropriate.
- Acknowledge clients as they leave the showroom, assisting with anything they may be carrying out.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company's values and standards.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance to ensure it is always presentable, clean and client-ready.
- Manage showroom calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. This includes identifying and resolving any conflicts.
- Cross-reference the calendars and assist in preparing for appointments.
- Possess knowledge to answer basic questions in all departments and provide general assistance to clients.
- Assist in client intake processes, including capturing client information accurately.
- Learn customer preferences for recurring clients.
- Maintaining a well-stocked and clean beverage center.
- Inform office assistant when beverage center supplies or other showroom supplies are running low.
- Answering the phone in a warm, timely, and professional manner.
- Connecting the caller with the appropriate team member and/or taking accurate messages and ensuring they are delivered promptly.
- Strive to learn as much as possible each day about design, customer service, and team collaboration.
- Be the lead on seasonal/Holiday décor for the showroom.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized showroom

You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our clients and ensuring the showroom's impeccable presentation. You will also assist with various administrative tasks to support our operations.
