Job Summary

Provides clients with friendly service and meets financial needs by completing transactions and uncovering other opportunities to promote additional services.

Responsibilities

  • Processes banking center transactions, safety deposit, cash machine and vault balancing activities,
  • Greets clients as they enter the banking center,
    identifies client needs,
    promotes bank products
    & services,and refers clients to the appropriate business colleague if needed,
    • ,Answers client inquiries resolves less complex issues.,Builds client loyalty establishes client relationships including addressing each client by name Consistently delivers exceptional customer service to each every client Adheres to established bank policies procedures guidelines Participates in retail sales programs helps meet personal banking center goals Actively participates in team meetings participates community projects educational programs related position Provides transaction overrides assistance less experienced CSRs on transaction processing balancing necessary Assists Manager audits reporting scheduling requested Regular predictable attendance essential requirement position Responsible completion all training related position Understands applicable laws regulations comply requirements Non essential Functions Demonstrates appropriate levels of interpersonal skills for staff members Performs other duties assigned Experience/Skills Four or more years retail banking experience preferred Customer service sales oriented High degree of attention detail Good written verbal communication skills Good PC skills proficiency Microsoft word Excel essential Ability cross sell bank products services Highly motivated Ability work team atmosphere Ability protect confidentiality privacy others company documents records Handle multiple tasks fast paced environment Travel Requirements Ability travel locations meetings projects training seminars etc PHYSICAL DEMANDS Reasonable accommodations made enable individuals perform functions While performing duties this job employee required sit stand walk use hands fingers operate keyboard office equipment reach hands arms talk hear The employee occasionally required stoop kneel Employee may occasionally lift move pounds EQUIPMENT MS Office PC fax phone standard office equipment
