+ Job summary The Registered Nurse RN provides patient-centered care through the nursing process of assessment diagnosis planning implementation and evaluation. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care based on established clinical protocols and physician provider orders.+ Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required+ Responsibilities Coordinates delivers high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies protocols and the nursing process Conducts thorough patient assessments documents findings accurately reports changes in condition to the appropriate care team members Utilizes knowledge of human growth development to provide age-appropriate care education Administers prescribed medications monitors for side effects documents administration in accordance with standards of practice Assists physicians during procedures within the scope documented competency skill level Collaborates develops implements evaluates individualized care plans based on patient assessments needs Responds medical emergencies participates life-saving interventions as appropriate Advocates patients rights needs ensuring voices heard respected care planning delivery Provides education medical conditions treatment plans post-discharge instructions Implements adheres infection control protocols prevent spread healthcare-associated infections Monitors operates medical equipment e.g. IV pumps monitors ventilators needed patient safety Promotes safety adhering National Patient Safety Goals maintaining clean safe environment patients staff Participates audits chart reviews compliance checks adhere standards practice regulatory requirements Demonstrates responsible decision-making planning delegating providing based on patient needs organizational policies Documents thoroughly promptly medical record Engages professional development maintain clinical competency understanding current nursing standards regulations Participates performance improvement initiatives data collection process development enhance outcomes delivery Critical Care RN Administers medications therapies prescribed Including intravenous medications therapies Manages complex medical equipment including ventilators monitoring devices life-support systems Performs procedures inserting central lines managing tracheostomies advanced cardiac life support Cardiac Surgery RN Continuously assesses patients condition vital signs hemodynamic parameters ECG readings Administers medications IV drips adjusting dosages based on patients condition Proficient operating maintaining advanced life support equipment like ventilators intra-aortic balloon pumps ECMO After cardiac surgeries monitors recovery manage chest tubes pacing wires wound Telemetry RN Using telemetry track heart rhythms EKG blood pressure oxygen saturation vital signs Analyzes telemetry data identify trends abnormalities potential problems reports physicians Provides direct patient medication administration wound education focus cardiac health Recognizes responds emergencies such as cardiac arrest implements appropriate interventions+ Benefits Medical Vision Dental 401k match available Full Part-Time roles.
