- Administers and revises training plans for employees.
- Works with Supervisor to ensure training data is current and accurate in training systems.
- Generates, reviews and distributes training reports to help identify gaps in employees training requirements.
- Coordinates the distribution, and completion of departmental procedure learning event documentation and procedure revision.
- Assists in the design and development of competency measurement tools
- Schedules training, rooms, supplies, and other necessities to successfully run the training program.

- Coordinates on-the-job training execution and qualification evaluations.
- Coordinates competency requirement activities to qualify Subject Matter Experts for specific disciplines at respective facility.
- Ensure SME qualifications are maintained and are requalified as necessary.
