Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the entire product launch process from start to finish and to continue to optimize the launch process.
This role will plan and monitor the launch process including developing key deliverables, timelines, and a dashboard to monitor progress.
Effectively communicates with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed. Responsible for regular executive updates and updating project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES
Project lead for project management responsibilities for all product launches across PCNA
Continuous improvement as owner of product launch process for efficiency of resources and technology utilization
Partners with marketing, product development, IT, and engineering to create business requirements and evaluation of feasibility, effort, and costs
Serves as a liaison between development, quality assurance, and non-technical stakeholders during the development, deployment, and commercial launch process
Manages to timelines and communicates project status to all levels of internal stakeholders
Presents regular updates to business leadership with status, gaps, and escalations
Understands scope of projects and manages changes and impact on timelines
Responsible for KPI reporting and communication of metrics on a weekly basis
Utilize probing questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations
Communicates with ecommerce team to ensure readiness for customers in advance of launch
Manages sample and photoshoot schedule to ensure photos approved on time for launch
Identifies and communicates risks and issues impacting business rules and requirements,
Builds positive environment and negotiates give and take relationships across stakeholders
Conduct and document detailed validations of required product launch data/elements to confirm presence pre- and -post product launch
Effectively resolves problems and roadblocks before they occur
Skills And Knowledge
Excellent presentation skills required for the preparation and updates to leadership
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Experience leading cross-functional meetings and driving results to meet goals and tight timelines
Ability to translate users' business requirements into a project plan
Capability to define KPIs and pivot initiatives based on performance
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Works well in a high paced, evolving environment
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Deadline and results-driven
Fast learner with creative problem-solving skills
Minimum Qualifications Required
BS required in business, technology, or related degree
5+ years managing product launch projects, preferably in a medium to large corporate environment in industrial/manufacturing industry
10+ years project management or related experience
Experience with industry standard PPM tools or experience managing projects in MS Project
Experience planning/organizing/monitoring project performance using appropriate program management tools and techniques in alignment with standards Project Management Framework (i.e. Waterfall and Agile)
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
Preferred experience with Airtable

Compensation
$116,000/year
