Ready to level up your pharmacy career

If you are a Certified Pharmacy Technician who thrives on precision, speed, and impact, this is not your typical retail job. This is a chance to work in a high-output, mission-driven long-term care pharmacy where your work directly supports seniors and healthcare communities across Minnesota.

No ringing registers. No retail chaos. No constant counter interruptions.

Instead, you get a focused, production-driven environment where workflow matters, teamwork matters, and accuracy matters.

Why This Role Stands Out

High-Impact Work

Every prescription you process supports residents in assisted living and senior communities who depend on timely, accurate medication delivery.

Structured, Team-Based Environment

Work alongside pharmacists and technicians who operate with efficiency and accountability. Everyone knows their role. Everyone contributes.

Technology Forward Operation

Gain hands-on experience with automation, robotics, blister packaging systems, and advanced pharmacy workflows.

Stability and Predictability

Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays. No late-night retail hours.

Competitive Pay and Benefits

Strong hourly compensation plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What You Will Be Doing

  • High-accuracy prescription data entry and verification
  • Supporting dispensing operations in a fast-paced production setting
  • Assisting with blister packaging for long-term care communities
  • Operating and supporting automated dispensing systems
  • Coordinating with providers and care facilities
  • Maintaining HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
  • Contributing to daily workflow optimization and team efficiency

What We Are Looking For

  • Active Certified Pharmacy Technician license
  • Prior pharmacy experience required
  • Long-term care or closed-door experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and production mindset
  • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven setting
  • Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented

This is an opportunity to move beyond retail and into a pharmacy environment where your skills directly support patient care at scale.
