    Job Summary

    The Menu & Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of menus & merchandising related to Kids, Travel Center and The Den college-concept as well as other brand print projects as needed. Project management, timeline development, coordinating & attending photo shoots, production management, vendor print production documents, invoice processing, and proofing are the primary job responsibilities. This individual will work with our in-house graphic design group, CREATE, to ensure that projects are completed accurately and on time, as well as external agencies and vendors. The candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and have experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities)
    • Develops timelines for each project and works to meet those timelines.
    • Works with internal stakeholders to develop briefs to kick off projects and arranges touchpoints with those stakeholders throughout the creative process.
    • Aid in coordination and attends photo shoots for The Den as well as Denny's.
    • Provides feedback and guides graphic design team on creative changes and updates.
    • Checks all price versions for menus and merchandising collateral.
    • Works with production vendors to get estimates and guides projects through print completion, providing shipping and fulfillment information to vendors as needed.
    • Provides budget details on projects and manages estimates and invoices.
    • Assists on other menu, merchandising or brand projects as needed.
    • May attend press checks, as necessary.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Education & Experience Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising or related field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of Marketing experience.
    Required Knowledge & Skills
    • Ad Agency or internal marketing department experience preferred.
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects.
    • Experience developing and managing project timelines.
    • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and to coordinate communication across diverse work groups.
    • Very good oral and written communication skills.
