    Hey there Join us at The Treetop as a full-time Behavior Analyst - BCBA and play a pivotal role in empowering families throughout our community. This therapy position earns a competitive compensation ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

    Your full-time schedule will align with our operating hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BEHAVIOR ANALYST - BCBA

    In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and oversee program management for children with autism. Your responsibilities will include providing mentorship and hands-on training to therapists, as well as engaging in parent training sessions. Your expertise will also guide a dedicated team of therapists, providing mentorship and hands-on training to ensure each child receives the highest quality of care. You will also be expected to complete 25 billable hours per week as well as small caseloads.
