    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and placing new employees. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a thorough understanding of HR processes and procedures.

    Responsibilities:
    - Collaborate with client companies to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
    - Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards and social media platforms
    - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
    - Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions in our applicant tracking system
    - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

    This job will also include processing weekly payroll.

    -Collect, calculate and enter time.

    -Pay weekly payroll taxes

    Qualifications:
    - Proven experience as a Staffing Specialist or similar role

    Must have prior experience processing payroll and recruiting.
    - Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in using accounting software
    - Strong knowledge of benefits administration, financial concepts, accounts receivable, tax regulations, and data analysis
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
