    Service Coordinator

    You should have excellent communication and time management skills, and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, supervisors, and colleagues. Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is advantageous.


    Compensation:

    Job Description & Qualifications:

    Scheduling:
    Create schedules for new hires (manage the availability of both staff and clients)

    Create schedules for new clients Updating schedules / appointments for current clients Updating schedules / appointments for current behavior technicians Assist staff in finding sub sessions if requested by behavior technician Assist staff with make up sessions if requested by behavior technician Create and update base schedule drive times for behavior technician as neededCommunications:
    Being a point of contact for Cancellations from both Clinical team and Clients Being a point of contact for Schedule changes from both Clinical team and Clients Work with families and clinical teams to get utilization up with clients that haveunderserved hours Alert clinical teams of clients that are not utilizing at least 80% of authorized hours Collaborate with administrative team to maintain contact with families either on holdor with minimal availability to ensure we update availability as soon as possible Collaborate with clinical teams to identify staff needs for clients Collaborate with clinical teams to find interim solutions for providing services whilewaiting on staff recruitment / staff transitions Assisting regions with Caregiver Translations as needed Respond to all communications within 24 hours Collaborating with recruitment to get staffing needs met Collaborate with Clinical Director and Billing Specialist to Manage Client EligibilityReports: Regularly run open appointment reports and Ensure staff has ''completed''appointments on accupoint in a timely manner (throughout the pay period and at theend of the pay period)

    Run cancellation reports for clients that have been flagged for high cancellations or noshows and send to assigned clinical team Run cancellation reports for Behavior Technicians that have been flagged for highcancellations or no shows and send to assigned clinical teamAdministration:

    Manage and update Treatment teams of assigned clients in measure Initially review behavior technicians make up plan for Requested Time Off (initialapprovers) and approve or deny based on met criteria Maintain and update Current Client tab for assigned regions Maintain and update Scheduler tab for assigned regions Maintain and update recruitment management tool to reflect current Behavior Technicianneeds for assigned regionsVisit our website at and Careers page for more information regarding Active Steps and our available positions.
