    About the Job

    This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our law firm. Key responsibilities include preparing form and letter templates, sending and receiving emails, placing and receiving telephone calls, data entry, sorting, collating, copying, filing and mailing of documents.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Outlook etc.) is required.
    Prior experience in a similar role would be an asset but not necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.
