We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Medical Assistant Lead to work onsite at our Primary and Specialty Care practice located at 2 Corporation Way in Peabody, MA.This role is ideal for a strong Medical Assistant who:
Is comfortable with direct communication and frequent, real-time feedback
Enjoys taking ownership, anticipating needs, and keeping the day on track
Is confident partnering with providers and guiding daily clinic flow
Views indirect work (in-basket, follow-ups, coordination) as essential not secondary
Wants to be recognized as a key driver of clinic success not just support
The role is responsible for exercising appropriate leadership and oversight of clinical operations and medical assistant staff throughout the assigned site or department under the direction of the Practice Manager.
In addition to performing the duties of a medical assistant this position serves as a role model resource for site staff acting as liaison between site-based clinical staff practice manager medical director physicians facilitates office-wide communication coordinates new clinical initiatives addresses issue resolutions enhancing operational efficiency Access all high-level positions and get the job of your dreams.
