    Job Title: Outside Sales (Client Solutions)

    Classification: Exempt, Full-Time

    On-Target Earnings: $110,000 - $130,000 (No commission cap)

    Job Description:

    Join our team as an Outside Sales (Client Solutions) where you will be pivotal in expanding Primero's commercial (B2B) client base in Richmond, VA. Your role involves creating new client opportunities, securing new accounts, and providing exceptional client experiences. Your goal will be to introduce workforce solutions to drive revenue growth and enhance client retention.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Drive development of prospective client accounts and maintain CRM records.
    • Create a territory plan, sales call strategy, and prospect target list.
    • Effectively communicate Primero Staffing's value proposition to secure new client accounts.
    • Generate revenue from new clients within your assigned territory.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to present and close new accounts.
    • Use a consultative approach to guide customer conversations and close new business.
    • Build strong business relationships and leverage your professional network for referrals.
    • Forecast opportunities accurately within Primero's CRM.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support solution selling opportunities.
    • Champion client workforce solution programs and drive improvement initiatives.

    Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Understanding of industrial workforce solutions and operational challenges.
    • Aptitude for providing financial analysis to expedite client decisions.
    • BA/BS degree required.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in industrial services or customer account management.
    • Proven track record in developing c-level relationships.
    • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office Suite.
    • Experience in fast-paced environments with travel requirements.
