Job Details:

Work varied schedule with flexible timing
Must float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed, with Boswell as primary campus
Provide comprehensive nursing care in progressive care unit setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to organizational policies
Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and discharge planning needs
Formulate individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
Delegate appropriately and supervise healthcare team activities
Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately and timely
Participate in patient and family education
May supervise staff and workflow as needed

Required certifications:
Current valid RN license, BLS certification

Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
Must have worked in acute care setting within past 12 months
Bachelor's degree preferred
Professional certification preferred
Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
