- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot servers and switches
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot advance networks, firewalls, and BCDR services
- Troubleshoot network and system issues
- Monitor and perform routine maintenance on network and server infrastructure
- Provide remote and on-site support to clients as needed
- 8 years minimum experience
- Advanced networking and troubleshooting abilities
- Windows environment experience– Apple experience a plus
- Windows Server support and management experience
- Small Business Firewall support and management experience – SonicWall experience a plus
- Backup and Failover support and management experience– Datto experience a plus
- Microsoft 365 and Azure experience
- VM Server support and management experience
- SQL Server support and management experience
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA a plus
- Experience with server administration and IT project management is a plus
