Executive Business Assistant to Multi-Entity Founder - Santa Monica

Job summary
We are seeking an Executive Business Assistant to support the Founder across her entrepreneurial ventures. This is a full-time role based in Santa Monica working closely with the Founder in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will play a central role in business administration project execution and real estate operations across multiple entities.Key responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating the growing real estate portfolio supporting leadership roles at health innovation companies driving execution on cross-functional projects managing vendor communication ensuring clarity accountability maintaining organized systems across multiple LLCs and ventures building and updating Excel-based models trackers reports assisting coordination with accountants attorneys financial advisors helping prepare materials summaries as needed serving as an extension of the Founder anticipating needs prioritizing initiatives keeping key workflows moving reviewing agreements flagging decision points providing concise summaries action plans preparing materials presentations internal summaries to support business discussions investor or partner meetings.
- Maintain clear records related to properties vendors ongoing projects.
