Our office is currently working with a progressive public accounting firm that has a current opening for an Senior Staff Auditor.

This is a stable firm with strong presence in the area that has been providing valuable expertise and accounting services to their diverse clients.

The firm has continued to grow and is now in need of a professional with strong audit experience to join their leadership team.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing and working along side a team of Audit staff members. In addition they will also be managing some of the firm's larger accounts.

Senior Staff Auditor Duties/Responsibilities:
Work directly with and provide support to a team of highly motivated audit staff members
Provide proper evaluation and analysis of clients' financial information
Take full responsibility for services of various assigned clients under the supervision of senior managers and partners
Meet regularly with business and community contacts to maintain a network within the local market
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or another related field MBA would be a plus
~ 3 years of experience within public accounting, audit work
~ Municipal, governmental, towns and cities experience
~ Single audit - 2CFR200 experience
