- Work closely with the Recruiting staff in all aspects of hiring and recruiting functions.
- Facilitate all applicants through the interview process (screening, scheduling, emailing and confirmations)
- Generate all daily, weekly and specialized reports; distributing appropriately
- Respond to general emails and inquiries
- Check the references of potential new hires in a professional manner
- Order and track background checks via online vendor
- Organize and prepare interview packets to hand off to recruiters and or specialists in a timely manner and assist with the movement of applicants
- 1-3 years of human resource or related experience
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage work time efficiently
- Self-directed problem solver with proven ability to contribute in a high-paced, changing environment
- Strong verbal communication skills face to face and over the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion
