    Regional Account Executive

    Tenna seeks a highly motivated Regional Account Executive based in Northern California.

    This role involves working within Tenna's Sales Team to hunt new business opportunities while facilitating all aspects of the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include aggressively prospecting new customers through strategic outreach via phone calls emails trade shows conferences CRM software analysis market trends industry shifts association participation webinars etc travel meeting with prospective clients onsite contract negotiation closing deals customer relationship building staying abreast product knowledge continuous learning quality improvement teamwork collaboration problem-solving creativity innovation adaptability resilience persistence grit determination strong work ethic results-driven accountability transparent open communication trust-building empathy active listening strong verbal presentation skills persuasive storytelling self-aware self-regulation proactive decision-making resilience under pressure resourcefulness conflict resolution emotional intelligence cultural competency business acumen ability handle ambiguity uncertainty.
