Job summary
The Social Worker is responsible for assessing, counseling, interviewing and educating the clients as well as their family members. Is knowledgeable of patient/resident rights and promotes an atmosphere which allows for the privacy dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe secure environment.- Assess nature of patients situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history.
- Plan coordinate manage implement support packages to help patients/residents deal with difficulties and overcome dependencies.
