- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about self-care techniques, medication administration, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts. Temp license ok at start, as long as Perm License is in process.
- ASN Experience: Med/Surg, Tele experience preferred; 3-5 years of RELEVANT inpatient experience AND previous travel experience required
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Proficient in assessing and managing patients with various medical conditions.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
