Job summary
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Resource Navigator to work in the Family Justice Center and Bronx Criminal Court.Key responsibilities include welcoming clients to the FJC, providing information on services and programs, screening clients to determine their needs, and referring them to appropriate services.
The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree and at least two years of relevant experience working with survivors of domestic and gender-based violence. Bilingual skills are preferred,
- Welcome clients to the FJC and provide a detailed overview of the service delivery model.
- Screen clients to assess whether they are eligible for services.
- Provide referrals for case management as needed.
