Part-Time Custodian/Janitor - West Lebanon, NH

Job summary

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian / Janitor with at least 1 year of experience in custodial services, janitorial work, or building maintenance to join our facilities team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily facility cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, hallways, offices, stairwells, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect high-traffic areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the property.
• Wash windows and maintain clean interior and exterior surfaces.
• Assist with minor building maintenance and repair tasks.
• Lock and unlock building doors on schedule.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained in good condition.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of custodial, janitorial, or building maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable opening or closing the facility as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
