    Title: Customer Service Coordinator

    Location: Lewisville, TX (REMOTE after Training)

    Pay: 16.00/hr.

    Training Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM

    WFH Schedule : Monday - Friday: 10AM - 7PM & rotating Saturdays

    Job Description:

    The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for direct customer contact about program support. The position will support several members of the F&I team along with managing the daily requirements of the F&I program.

    • Assist with coordination of external communication to all F&I Installers.
    • Monitor service levels with our retail partners.
    • Maintain category management for all Furnish & Install customers.
    • Monitor open order report for accuracy.
    • General sales administration for the Furnish & Install Department.
    • General meeting coordinator.
    • Responsible for employee installed purchases.
    • Responsible for entering data into Oracle, JDE, MXP and Excel-based worksheets.
    • Must have excellent follow-up capabilities, questioning our customers as to the participation in the F&I programs.
    • Oversee all F&I related damage claims.

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to type 30wpm
    • 1 year of customer service experience
    • Good job stability (no more than 2 jobs within the last 3 years)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
