    As the Program Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, orchestrating, and enhancing our Professional Development Programs, while infusing them with a touch of imaginative flair.

    This is a Hybrid opportunity in HOUSTON, TX Reporting to the Senior Program Manager in Learning Engagement I.

    Job Summary The Program Administrator will be part of the new Program Management Team supporting Professional Development Programs at WM.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for detail and organization. II.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Other minor duties may be assigned. + Manage administrative aspects of Professional Development Programs, including scheduling courses, budget forecasting, and tracking and communication. + Oversee program budget, including actuals and forecast tracking. + Ensure all program administrative and training coordination details are handled appropriately. + Centralize and coordinate onboarding activities for all Program participants. + Collaborate with leaders across Lines of Business to Create, maintain, and publish a program calendar.

    + Manage logistics for all training events - instructor and virtual learning events - from invitations to scheduling hotels, planning team building activities and dinner events, and communicating to all relevant people.

    + Manage collection of training feedback - work with the Program Manager to evaluate information and identify opportunities for improvement.

    + Schedule regular progress calls with coaches/trainees and the Program Management Team. + Schedule and participate in regular governance council meetings. + Work with the Program Analyst to prepare progress reporting. + Perform other duties as assigned.
