Specific responsibilities include:
Providing visionary leadership to align departmental goals with the overall mission and objectives of Anna Jaques Hospital.
Monitoring and evaluating clinical protocols, treatment modalities, and patient outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborating with other hospital services, including outpatient therapy and day programming.

Must be board certified.
At least 7 years of related experience.
