- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat using Zendesk CRM while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively convert customer interactions into sales leads, track opportunities, and follow up to meet monthly revenue goals
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy while recommending products and services aligned to customer needs
- Prepare monthly customer service reports and sales performance analytics, presenting trends and insights to leadership
- Develop FAQs, knowledge base articles, and process improvements to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally on time-sensitive requests, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving business priorities
- Support the sales team with order processing, customer account management, and sales data tracking
- 2+ years of customer service experience in B2C environments with proven sales achievement or lead generation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and hands-on experience with Zendesk and e-commerce platforms
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) with expertise in active listening, relationship building, and consultative selling
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset that transitions naturally to sales conversations
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a team environment
