    Job Overview

    We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in the Elmont Union Free School District. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and implementing individualized treatment plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate patients to determine appropriate treatment plans.
    • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

    Requirements

    • Current registration as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
    • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
    • Professional experience in geriatric or long-term care settings.

    Salary Information

    $40.00 per half hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.
