    Description

    Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment? We're seeking an Entry Level Client Service Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in fostering excitement about our clients' brands and products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, educating customers on the benefits of our clients' products.
    • Create a unique customer service experience at in-field marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.
    • Coordinate and execute strategic in-field marketing campaigns relevant to the region to drive client revenue growth.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clientele and the sales team to facilitate brand expansion.
    • Support management in ensuring campaigns align with marketing plans, meeting timelines, budgets, and scope requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in retail, restaurant/food service, hospitality, sales, field sales, field marketing, or product demonstrations is an asset.
    • Understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals, including product positioning, pricing, market research, and distribution, is preferred.
    • Ability to engage with existing customers and marketing teams to enhance customer exposure to client products and services.
    • Strong presentation skills with adaptability to various audiences.
    • Self-starter with an outgoing and results-oriented personality.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
