Our client seeks a skilled Raiser's Edge Database Administrator to join their organization in Woodland Hills, CA.

This vital onsite position ensures the smooth operation and integrity of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, with a strong focus on gift processing, custom reporting, and donor list maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT database for donor management and fundraising operations.
Accurately process all charitable gifts, pledges, and payments, ensuring timely acknowledgement and correct fund allocation.
Create, customize, and manage complex reports, queries, exports, and dashboards to support development and organizational goals.
Maintain donor and constituent records with a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the data needs of fundraising campaigns, events, and mailing efforts, ensuring data is segmented and targeted.
Collaborate with the development team and leadership to provide data analysis and insight to inform strategy.
Train staff in Raiser's Edge best practices, ensuring database usage is efficient and effective.
Troubleshoot issues, perform regular data clean-up, and implement database enhancements.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

5+ years of direct experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT in a nonprofit development setting, with demonstrated expertise in gift processing, reporting, and donor database administration.

Strong knowledge of constituent management, batch and gift entry, custom reporting, and data hygiene best practices.
Proficient in advanced query and export functionality, mail merges, and segmentation for direct mail/email campaigns.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Must work onsite in Woodland Hills, CA (remote/hybrid not available).
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
