    Job Description


    The Product Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Enablement team to drive the success of our Sales & Commercial Enablement product portfolio and contribute to corporate financial goals.

    The Product Manager will assist in developing and executing product strategies, creating forward-looking product roadmaps, managing product lifecycle, conducting user outreach and research, aligning product strategy with corporate goals, gathering requirements, developing standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation, and planning release management/readiness for the defined suite of products.

    Additionally, you'll be responsible for measuring the effectiveness and utilization of these tools.

    Responsibilities

    Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned suite of Commercial Enablement tools. Take ownership of these tools and act as the primary point of contact for our users.
    Assist in developing product strategies for each tool, tracking key milestones, and ensuring progress aligns with targets. Provide key stakeholders with updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), adoption, and engagement benchmarks.
    Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and achieve desired business outcomes.

    Develop training materials (in collaboration with the Learning & Development team) and support documentation to drive adoption and increase utilization.

    Contribute to the development and maintenance of product documentation.

    Support the development of new products (in collaboration with the Product Portfolio Director) by conducting market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis.

    Assist in creating product specifications and requirements that align with customer needs and market demands.
    Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and utilization, to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
    Provide guidance, recommendations, and support for process improvement and standardization throughout the product lifecycle.

    Manage, coordinate, and establish priorities for the complete product lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and commercialization of business solutions.

    Experience:

    6+ Years in a customer service role. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

    Strong desire to continuously learn new tools and skills to enhance customer service.
    Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels, including various levels of management and leadership.

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present to individuals at all levels of the organization, both one-on-one and in group settings.

    Occasional involvement in project coordination and management, as needed.
    Business travel as necessary.
