    Job Description:

    Join Haas Factory Outlet-Midwest, a regional distributor of CNC machine tools, tooling, accessories, and related engineering and support services. We are looking for a proactive and diligent CNC Field Service Technician to cover our territory in Springboro, Ohio.

    Job Responsibilities:

    The CNC Field Service Technician must possess a thorough understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to efficiently identify and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components. Key duties encompass, but are not limited to:

    • Traveling to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all machine tool equipment and controls
    • Utilizing machine tool manuals, technical documents, internal resources, and vendor support to investigate machine issues
    • Ensuring the completion of accurate documentation and its submission to the office and customers regarding machine issue status, repairs, and installations
    • Advocating for and performing preventive maintenance on customer machine tool equipment, along with providing post-sales technical assistance and training
    • Holding and updating a profound knowledge of the machine tool industry and the product lines represented by the company

    Other Functions:

    • Execute additional duties as required

    Job Qualifications:

    • Background in mechanical/electrical repair of CNC machine tools; Experience with Haas CNC Repair is a bonus
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Capability to interpret drawings and schematics is advantageous
    • Strong technical, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the job
    • Flexible schedule and frequent travel, including regional driving
    • Adept at bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and lifting moderate to heavyweight material up to 100 lbs. with assistance

    • Able to lift 25 lbs.
