- Minimum of one year experience in a law firm. Commercial real estate experience (1+ year) preferred but not required.
- For candidates without prior legal experience, a bachelor's degree, two-year paralegal degree or certificate are preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in one or more of the following are preferred, but not required: filing documents, tracking deadlines and calendaring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Adaptable and can-do attitude
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
