How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead a team of imaging professionals by providing expert guidance on complex procedures and fostering a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and continuous development.
• Optimize departmental work-flows and image quality by overseeing advanced diagnostic studies and ensuring all documentation is precise, timely, and PACS-ready.
• Champion clinical safety and regulatory compliance by monitoring equipment performance, managing contrast administration protocols, and maintaining a high-standard care environment.
• Provide input into hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. Serve as a resource to department staff as well as other members of the team as needed.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Certified Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Competency & Credentialing Institute (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
