    This unique opportunity entails immediate call coverage, ensuring continuity of care during weekends and specific vacation periods for the internal physician.


    Job Details Call Schedule:
    Weekend call Fri (5p)

    • Mon (8a)
    • 1 weekend per month

    Comprehensive Coverage:
    Practice call, potential ED call, rounding on inpatients
    Weeknight Call: 5p-8a during clinic days (Mon-Fri)

    Collaborative Approach:
    Office APPs primarily handle clinic day coverage, with the locum provider's involvement for cases beyond their scope

    Patient Load:
    Variable, typically managing 3-4 inpatients on an average weekend

    Primary Team:
    FIT Team usually takes the lead for admissions

    Clinical Setting:

    Inpatient Diverse Duties:
    Practice call, ED call, rounding on inpatients (average of 3-4 on weekends)

    Required Procedures:

    Occasional but may involve typical GYN/GYNONC procedures EMR System: EPIC Reason for Coverage: Vacation coverage to ensure uninterrupted patient care Additional Information As the chosen Gynecological Oncologist, you'll play a pivotal role in sustaining the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.


    The collaborative nature of the role ensures a smooth transition during the internal physician's vacation days, with the FIT team handling primary responsibilities.
