    Description


    Community hospital expanding and growing their ER and in need of a strong leader to oversee all day to day workings.

    High volume Trauma Center with a team of 150+ FTE's and a team of several ER leadership.

    California Licensed RN with a BSN, Masters preferred.
    3+ years in an Emergency acute care setting with clinical leadership experience.
    Ability to handle multi tasking and drive patient care.
    Current BLS Certification required, ACLS Certification a plus.
    Excellent pay plus sign on bonus
