- Performs or assists with the patients' activities of daily living utilizing the Relationship Based Care model.
- Assists the healthcare team by collecting, reporting, documenting, and delivering care to support high quality and safe outcomes.
- Maintains high satisfaction levels by providing care with consideration of the individual needs of the patient/family and their age-specific/developmental needs.
- Contributes to a high performance work environment by maintaining specific knowledge and skills needed to perform tasks according to policy and procedure at Good Samaritan Hospital.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested by Nurse.
- EDUCATION: High school graduate with some psychology courses preferred.
- EXPERIENCE: None required.
