- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for GTM teams
- Manage users roles permissions security settings
Build and maintain workflows custom objects reports dashboards Ensure data hygiene integrity through audits validation rules automation Oversee sandbox management testing release deployment Administer GTM tools including Marketo Gong Braze Support maintain integrations between systems Evaluate recommend new tools optimizations improve stack efficiency particular rise AI capabilities Define maintain governance processes naming conventions access control documentation Partner Sales Marketing CX stakeholders align systems business processes Lead tool onboarding training GTM users Serve point contact tool-related requests enhancements Support software procurement process GTM tool stack Monitor system performance adoption metrics Build dashboards alerts data quality process visibility Identify opportunities automation efficiency improvements Partner Data Finance teams support insights reportingRequirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Certified Administrator Strong command declarative tools Flows Process Builder validation rules reports dashboards Experience managing GTM tools Marketo Gong Braze integration capabilities Proven ability translate business needs scalable systems solutions Excellent communication stakeholder management abilities We also looking For: Salesforce App Builder certification Experience SaaS high-growth environment Understanding lead routing account segmentation GMT processes Experience BI/reporting tools Tableau Looker
