The Role of a Postal Service Representative

Job Description:

• Deliver mail and packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of postal services in your area. This role involves delivering mail and packages to residents and businesses, as well as providing customer assistance with any inquiries or service requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Able to work independently and effectively manage time
• Familiarity with local geography/roads
• Prior experience in a delivery/custodian role is an asset but not required (paid training provided)

Main Responsibilities Include :​ ​ • Delivering Mail:   Ensuring timely delivery of letters/packages by maintaining accurate records.  • Customer Assistance:   Providing prompt assistance to customers regarding queries/service issues.< p >Other Key Responsibilities include : Sorting Mail , Maintain Delivery Records
