- Utilize hand and power tools to build components
- Perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance on all product leaving production
- Spray painting of panels prior to assembly
- Lead small team (potentially 1 direct report)
- 1-5+ years of production, construction, installation experience
- Familiarity with tools (hand and power)
- Ability to read construction drawings
- QA/QC experience
- Experience with tight tolerances
- Leadership experience or capability to step up into team lead type role
