Description
Annashae Healthcare Staffing is seeking a psychiatrist to join the mental health team in Illinois. Several openings available in the state of Illinois.Each opportunity offers a manageable Monday to Friday, 40 hour work week, with schedule flexibility, can be a 4 or 5 day schedule.
The ideal candidate will provide relevant, thorough, and timely psychiatric evaluations, monthly progress note, 90 day report, fitness reports, NGRI reports, review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a month and documentation of reasons for medication changes.
