About Us
The St. Clair County Housing Authority (SCCHA) administers two basic types of federally assisted housing programs --- property-based assistance programs, and a tenant-based assistance program.
The tenant-based program is called the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). The HCVP program provides rental assistance to participating families residing in privately owned dwellings.
