    Responsibilities:
    Provide general Hematology and Oncology care
    Develop a sub-specialty focus based on your interests
    Participate in clinical trials

    Light shared call schedule (1:12)

    Qualifications:
    Board-certified or Board-eligible in Hematology / Oncology
    Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
